I am a burning threshold
a charred rebellion
a renewed flower
out from the ashes i grow
to destroy the very thing that I feed upon
because if I dont
Ill become a gluttonous maggot
a balmy fever
that will not be cured
so to kill a eye
destroy a limb
cut off marrow
i need a new weapon
a brand new sword
a word no ones heard before.
So to read His word is a weapon
and I wield it with His love.
