Happy Birthday Mom!!!
Today is my mother's birthday. I thank God she is still here with us for another one and with her losing her mother to Katrina along with everything they owned also this is going to be a tough one but I wish her a very happy Birthday and many more to come. She is a good woman and she deserves it along with all the hope and love we can give her. Happy Birthday Mom!
It's the 47th day of being here, the 46th day since Katrina destroyed the lives of many, and the 45th day since my grandma has been dead because of Katrina. It is mom's birthday and she got news that we might be getting my grandma's ashes soon and can have some kind of ceremony for her passing finally. I know it doesn't matter to mom right now but she is being left some money from my grandma and that should help them a little, maybe with a down payment on a new home or something. I'm going to help them with it also because it looks like we will all be living together for a while. The days have been good and bad but there is something different in the air and the vibe is positive. I think it won't be long until we are into something else.
I've been doing a little figuring about my loses and I have come to a few figures on just my home office loses and haven't gotten a clue to the rest of the place and stuff that had no monetary value. But, I will update that another time. Today is for mom and again I wish her a very happy birthday and I wish for the rest of her life to be the opposite of the last 45 days and that she'll find happiness and peace. Love ya mom.
