I just wanted to say that Mr.Zeher, is a really nice guy.

Oh and, that Thomas Daughtery and Brian Hooks, are great kids even thought they made a huge mistake and both deserve to be punished.

Your friends, like Charles Manson, killed. In one of the most callous and inhuman ways, they BEAT a man to his death. They didnt shoot him from far, they didnt poison him, your friends got up close enough to smell him, see into his eyes, and hear his cries for help and mercy. Your friends persisted and beat that man, until he was close enough to death that it was almost certain he could never recover.
Your friends are murderers. the worst kind in the eyes of the law. conniving, cold blooded. what are the mitigating factors in the brazen beating spree? they were on drugs? well they had the presence of mind to drive around and know who they were looking for, homeless men. they knew what they were doing that day. These acts are premeditated, they drove miles and miles; was there no time to catch themselves and stop the beatings?
your defense of your friends is admirable but they do not deserve it. not many people will be defined by one action in their life, life is suppose to be a collection of experiences, but your friends have now defined for themselves and the world that they are cold blooded killers who preyed on the weak and disenfranchised.
