Make a post-apocalyptic utopia where the work of many is done by one. Unfortunately, this scenario is very open-ended, but just try and play it at some point with your coworkers. You will find out more information about these folks than you probably care to know. Thinking about it, I would have to say that pretty much any hypothetical scenario is a good community building activity. Go ahead, ask somebody you work with if they would ever try human meat, or if they were attacked by a dog would the feel bad about punching one...even if it was an extremely cute dog. These questions build bridges.
