Enjoying the Weather
This week was a blur of day job stuff, dentists appointments, crazy (but fun) kids, pumpkin patches, jogging, reading, writing, hiking, carving pumpkins, drinking cider, watching cheesy horror movies, playing guitar, (sometimes) sleeping, etc., etc., etc. Now my boys and I are about to head to the park and enjoy another day of awesome fall weather.
Just a few writing-related updates:
1) Halloween readings have been posted over on SFPA's site. I read my poem, "The Revolutionary Behind the Tavern", from Isotropes: A Collection of Speculative Haibun. You can hear that poem, among several other wonderful entries, over here: http://www.sfpoetry.com/halloween.html.
2) I interviewed Lavie Tidhar over at Fantasy Magazine this week -- http://www.fantasy-magazine.com/2010/10/beer-helps-lavie-tidhar -- and yes, beer does help! :)
3) I posted a silly little Lovecraft-inspired tale over at my Southern Fried Shorts website this week, "The Problem With Folks These Days": http://southernfriedshorts.blogspot.com/2010/10/problem-with-folks-these-days.html.
