restless

i just can't make myself continue to take sleeping pills. i just can't. so once again, i am up. all night, every night. 
i am going to make myself some tea and sit out on the front steps... i feel as though my throat should be sore, but it is not. 
i think when you do move away,  i really will become an island. i feel dangerously close. and my arms can't stretch that far, you know.
