Yoga=Health and happiness.
Most of you that see my journal are singers, so you guys really need to hear me out. Yoga is AMAZING for a singer's body. Just ask Placido Domingo. It makes the back and abdomen stronger and more flexible, increases lung capacity, but best of all it will balance your body with your mind and teach you to isolate different muscles and emotions. I've taken yoga classes, and now I just do it every day with a DVD I bought. Fo sho.
