It's been awhile...
So, it's been awhile since my last post...
Nothing truly significant has happened. As usual.
Upon arriving home, I got the flu. I had that for like a week and a few days. It sucks not being able to breathe. But, I cured myself. With Dayquil and Nyquil. I should start a practice.
Christmas was nice. I got a new art kit from Momma, who wants me to start drawing again.
Logan bought me a nice calligraphy set which I mastered in about an hour. I think I'm gonna use it to fill out our wedding invitations, which will be sent out in about a month and a half or so.
Momma and I went to New York City for a week. We were there to watch the ball drop and everything. The people have no manners, and my feet were bruised for walking so much. I would go back again though... One seriously needs like a week or two just to visit all of the museums there. Central Park was beautiful and so was the Upper West-Side. I'll post some pictures from my trip soon. (It snowed there, too!) Yankee cities, however, lack a charm that we Southern folk put into our cities.
I'm going to lunch today with Dea and Monica. We bought Kayla a cute picture frame that you can record messages on. We are gonna say something sweet and send it to her. She would have had it for Christmas, but we all had the flu. We wanted her to be able to recognize us. Haha. :)
Well, I assume that's about it.
I go back to Starkville tomorrow. Yay for home!
