I've been nudged!
Ok...so Mel nudged me almost 2 weeks ago. Ya'll know I procrastinate!
I'm doing fine. I've been at my job (urgent care clinic) for 2 years so I got a little raise. Yay! That, along with my 2 years worth of Income tax checks (I procrastinated last year) plus the Stimulus check I received will hopefully help me make it through the summer without my usual house rental income I usually receive. I'm letting my daughter, who is home from college for the summer, live in it (rent free) while she works at summer camp. She has to pay the utilities though. She just turned 21 and is as happy as a bug in a rug.
My mom's doing ok. Her eyesight is getting worse every day. About every three days she gets mad at me about something. Word to the younger ones out there....things don't change much in that relationship...even at 48 yrs old!
I've been scanning and restoring the old family pictures. It's been fun looking at all of those and actually recording for future generations who they are, etc...
I've also been working on my family's genealogy. At one point, my mind got so confused that I had to put it down for awhile.
I've been taking a few pictures. I'll post some later.
SUPERNATURAL!
I have to tell you....I am more in love with Supernatural than ever! I watched most of season 3 and after the finale, I ordered seasons 1 and 2. I've just finished my SN marathon...and OMG! Even though I had seen most of them....I'm totally head over heals in love with the show, and those guys....even Bobby! When Dean lets those tears fall...oh my.
