When I started this new gym regiment and training with Sherah, I decided to revamp certain things as motivation. I got new workout clothes, a good metal water bottle and some positive reading material. However, it turns out that none of this gets me going as much as the music that I listen to during my sessions. I love songs that make me want to move, even if there is zero value to them besides a good beat. Zoey and I were talking about this the other day and she asked if we could trade playlists in the interest of getting some new additions. After typing mine up, I realized how many random songs tickle my fancy. So weird. Zo, take what you want.
