My shitty luck continues...
So I go to take my drivers test and I get marked off for a "critical" error. I can see how they consider it a critical mistake, but I dont have to agree with it. So here is what happened; I was driving along doing everything perfectly and we come to a right hand turn and I do all my driving thing perfectly, I check my mirror and check visually and then move into the bike lane to make a the right. So I make the right and I think I did everything right so we go back to the DMV, obviously I was wrong...I guess I'm supposed to check over my shoulder while moving into a BIKE lane. Now, I never would have guessed this, and no one I know does it. So he considered this a critical mistake because if there would have been a biker in my blind spot I could have hit him. Understandable, but to fail me for just one mistake like that? Needless to say I was slightly pissed about it but I was polite and didnt make an issue out of it.
So when we left I looked at the checklist the intstructor has to use and I missed nothing, and I do mean NOTHING except this. But I failed because it was a "critical" error. Wether it was or not is debatable. Anyways, so now I know this, but I was pissed because I dont think it was that big of a deal.
My next test is wednesday, and if I fail that one then I have to retake my permit test and try again.
So, I drive all the rest of the day while we are out, no errors besides ones my mom bitches about like "You driving too slow.."(In a parking lot) "Dont use your signal when coming out of a parking lot," and other stupid shit.
Asside from that, I found out my broken tooth has lead to me having to get a root canal on Saturday next week........
I officiall suck at life.
