High School Reunion
SO! Yesterday was Nick's Coming Home Party and it was a lot moe fun than what I thought it was gonna be :) At first it sucked b/c there were only a few people there who weren't really all that interesting to see... and then all the guys who i haven't seen in forever came like Jason, James, Nick C, Derek, Kyle, Corey, Andy...and yeah...twas grand. Cortney and I mostly sat out on the porch the whole time..but everybody eventually flocked there to hang out too...so yeah, twas grand.
It was incredibly crazy. It was like a frickin high school reunion...but it's ok b/c I don't hang out with those people anymore and it was crazy to see how much they've grown up. (Well, some of them)...A few of them looked a lot different - like not as scrawny...it was nice. Kyle Kern actually got attractive in my opinion...and so did Nick C. in comparison to middle/high school :) so good for them...and Corey's chilled out a bunch...and so has Jason even though he still was obnoxious...he used to be worse...as did James.. now he's really chill...Well besides the fact that he humped Cortney and I's car...yeah...
OH! Ha! I took a picture of James' hairy ass and now that picture pops up when he calls me... I took a picture of Jason's ass too and that picture pops up when he calls me...heh..it's grand. It gave me a chuckle. Right before we left me, Cortney, James, Nick, and Jason all went on a "crazy" ride through Raven's Run in the mercedes and that was totally a weird flashback to old times...twas fun to re-live...for a night...heh...
Then Cortney and I left and came downtown and hung out with Kelly, Quat, Channing, Ben, Amanda, and Mimi and we all drank some vodka and some beer and I got a little drunk ans started talking all country like I always do when that happens..and my cheeks got bright red...but yeah. I smoked a cigar for the first time (well, 4 or 5 puffs) at the party (it was Andy's birthday cigar) and I smoked 2 Marlboro reds for the first time...cowboy killers :) They weren't bad...But anyway!...I need to get my lazy ass up and movin and doing shit...then I gotta drop Quat at the airport...and then I've gotta find someone to bring me back downtown after I drop off my car...hmmm...
