Ready Ready Ready for the Take Off!
...to Germany tomorrow!
I have now finished my exams I am now free until September!!
Of course, I should be thinking about a placement for year 3 and an idea for a charity event for year 2, but it's so nice to know that the exams are done and I can look forward to Germany over the summer.
And I can tell you now, I've relapsed into anime-mode. The only anime I've been following since last year was Hetalia, and I tried to get into Kuroshitsuji, it's good, but it didn't quite hit the spot... ugrfhijkhd Ao no Exorcist!! It's so good!
Now in its wake, I've watched Nuraihyon no Mago, I'm watching Amatsuki and friends have put Code Geass, Skip Beat! (I'll give it a chance, just like I gave Ouran High School Host Club a chance and I didn't regret it) and Tiger & Bunny on my "to watch"-list.
There goes all the sophistication I've tried to build up with ROME... (I hope the third volume of Thermae Romae is out...)
TV wise, I never got round to saying how much I enjoyed the latest series of Masterchef UK! I'm so happy Tim won, even though the other finalists, they were all fabulous. Of course Tim had me the moment he decided to make a bento box for that one challenge for the circus, that was the episode I started tuning in.
I would LOVE to eat his food, not just because of the Japanese stuff, but because his dishes sound amazing! I'm like my mother in that respect, if the menu said "steak in cola" I would order that, because it's crazy. Did she just say Matcha Mayonaise?! (OK, another one of his Japanese-style dishes, he's so good!)
...Though I wonder if the woman narrating always sounds like that. It's OK for describing food, but I got really annoyed when she narrated everything in that voice. She makes everything sound like that M&S Food Advert. Not S&M, even if the music suggests food pr0n
The new series of the Apprentice UK has begun and it's going to be good, too! Though Everytime they say "Susan", I feel like it's addressed to me. I hope they don't insult her, that would just make me feel really awkward. I don't meet many people with my name, so I'm not used to the fact that other people have it, too...
