[ The video clicks on as Japan fumbles with the communicator. His hand raises to rub his head, blood is coming down his face. He gets up and looks at the bedpost that, as well, has blood. Japan ignores his head injury to grasp his chest. ]
K-Korea...My chest--
[ He falls back onto the floor, covering his mouth to keep back the vomit. He rolls over, keeping his mouth covered while tightly closing his eyes. After a few rolls and struggling later, Japan keeps down the vomit and drops his hand. ]
America-san...! Please help me! Germany--England....! I--Nngn!!
[ He wraps his arms around his stomach, holding back any further noises. He can't hold back vomiting unfortunately, rolling over to do so. After a few minutes past from him releasing his stomach contents, the Tease began to form around his body.
The video soon times out. ]
