I got a good walk in, then I came home and had:
one pomegranate-mango frozen fruit bar, no sugar
one Key Lime Lite & Fit (or something like that) yogurt
three strawberries and a handful of blueberries
a splash of pomegranate-blueberry juice, no sugar
Whirl in the blender, add a splash of Fresca and pop in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
I just watched a PBS fund drive that featured groups from the 1950s. Some, if not all of them sounded as good as they did 50+ years ago. The Four Preps, the McGuire Sisters, the Chordettes, the Diamonds...I only saw the last half hour of it, but it was just neat. I was a little girl when those groups were popular, but all the songs bring back a certain feeling that I can't describe at all.
Pat Boone hosted it. Not a big fan. However, I would love to go to one of those shows.
