It was more of a learning experience than a competitive summer. After 2007, I'd have to look at 2008 as a rebuilding year, hoping for a push into 2009. 2007... may be the best year I'll ever get to march

Sounds like you've done some introspective things this summer...are you willing to share how you understand pain vs. pleasure in a different way now? And what exactly do you mean by "aftermath"? The aftermath of your new understanding? And if it's caused you to be a better friend, you will, de facto, be a better person...What are your criteria for being a "better friend/person"? I'm always curious about other people's journeys thru the often muddy waters of pain vs. pleasure...physical, emotional, psychic, etc...Have you read Eckhart Tolle yet? have a good day. Peace.

I certainly didn't mean to offend you or cause you to feel defensive...if that's how my response came across, I'm sorry...there was no block on your post, so I felt free to comment in what I hoped was a constructive way...as far as who I am goes, check out my profile; it's a whole lot more complete than most user's...have a good one.

I suppose it should be expected that if you give permission for anyone on the web to look at something, some will. Just makes you wonder how many eyes are at your window.
I'm curious as to how/why you found me. I'm not hiding from the world, but I'm pretty low profile on this site. Why me, coach?
