Summer in review
It was more of a learning experience than a competitive summer. After 2007, I'd have to look at 2008 as a rebuilding year, hoping for a push into 2009. 2007... may be the best year I'll ever get to march.
As for learning, the summer increased my understanding of a motif: pain versus pleasure. The aftermath is helping me be a better friend, and hopefully through that, a better person.
