I received my nifty garmin forerunner to track my runs. I need to learn how to really use it besides using the timer.
Yesterday I walked for 5 minutes. Ran 7 min, walked 3 min, ran 7 min, walked 3, and then ran 3 minutes with Bella. Bella walked with Andrew. She can walk over a mile with no problems. Today my bum is a little sore.
I'll take today off. Maybe do some ab work and some weights.
