RIP, MPM
RIP, Barbara Mertz, aka Elizabeth Peters, aka Barbara Michaels.
She was one of my favorite authors and created one of my most-loved series (and probably my biggest fiction crush). I reviewed quite a few of her books, and I remember the thrill when I saw the first excerpt from one of my reviews on one of her books. Her words will live on. I hope that Abdullah welcomed her with open arms -- and maybe a cryptic greeting. (Amelia readers will know what I mean.)
