Not much going on. Fall/winter is usually when I get depressed and have severe health anxiety.
This Nov 30th it was 5 years since my old dog Maggie died. I still get sad about her and consider that the worst day of my life.
Today is my pup Ruby's 5th birthday. Time goes by so fast.
I've had a total of one cigarette the past two days -- half yesterday and half today. Both times made me a bit sick. I think I'm ready to quit. I hate it, but I'll miss it. Cigarettes keep me company.
