i want "caturday" every day!
i really want a pet of some sort. and by "some sort" i mean either a cat or a dog. i want a pug, wiener dog, or a charcoal grey kitty (like the "i can haz cheezeburger" cat). i know this seems random and gay to be writing about but the need for a pet is starting to boil over. it's at the point where i get teary eyed looking at "lol cats" cuz i just wanna pet them.
we have three labs (yes three, two chocolate and a yellow) and a cat at my parents house. in new brunswick my good friend sam had a dog that i always got to walk and hang out with and my landlord at the house i lived in for a bit had a cat that would come over and hangout with us.
then i moved to calgary and was pet denied. the week i got to dog sit was awesome! she would curl up and sleep with me on the bed, lay at my feet or in the chair beside me when i watched tv and run to meet me at the door when i got home.
maybe it's just that i've had pets my whole life (or at least access to them) and for the last year and a half i've been without them. i remember jane saying she might get a bunny before i moved in but i remember her saying no to a cat. maybe she's allergic. i'm gonna have to find out since i can't afford a pug or a wiener dog.
oh, i also got a job. more on that later.
