"frosh"
ho man. so ryerson had their parade and picnic yesterday which was basically the only form of frosh event that happened, so i gladly missed school for it. we paraded in our programs down young, crossed to front street and then caught a couple of ferries to the toronto islands.
hightlights:
-seeing some UTSC students on the streets raising money for charity and booing them and throwing water on them, after which they got really mad
-listening to the crazy 4th year engineers chant and sing on the ferry ride
-watching the hot crazy 4th year engineers chant and sing on the ferry ride
- realizing that the engineers where smashed when they were on the ferry ride
-met up with more DMCI students and hung out together like the anti-socials that we are
-being almost front in line for metric WHO ARE FRIGGEN AWESOME
-the lead singer jumping off stage and moving the barriers holding us back and moving them all the way up to the stage
- watching the engineers try and stumble their way back to the ferry
- all random 500-600 ryerson students waiting for the ferry to pick us up while it brings UTSC students for their frosh event and begin to chant "FUCK YOU U OF T! FUCK YOU U OF T!" as they dock and them having no idea which uni is saying it to them. (it was priceless)
-trying to get into pitman hall and look for parties but fail miserably
so yeah, that was frosh for me. all of you with ur weeks and events and clubs don't complain because atleast you have them. i must now go read all 1000 of my text books because i have done like no reading at all this week.
and li-ann, WHERE EVER the hell you are, we need to meet up and do shit. you have offically fallin off the face of the earth. or maybe i'll just call ur cell.
