(no subject)
i haven't updated in a while. mainly because i lost photoshop and it's a pain in the ass trying to resize pictures for web using a combination of image ready and illustrator. any suggestions on a better way???
school is good. last week (week 3) was when every class had an assignment due, so it was a bit hectic. but i know how to handle it and i get it handed in on time.
i still hate my typography class. i submitted the first assignment, and when we were looking at everyone else's work, i felt like mine was the best. AHAHA. it's also a first year class, so what do i expect? the next assignment is making a logo using the letters of your initials. oh la la...
I'm really liking my photo class. I'm finally learning stuff that i actually want to know. I used a medium format camera for the first time the other day, and i think it was a success. i'll let you know when i pick the film up on monday. i didn't know that you only get like 12 shots in a roll. what a rip. that film was $17!
I went to the Sydney Aquarium yesterday with Jeffrey. We spent the entire day there. like from 11-6. in between we had pizza hut buffet, though. view our adventures
this crocodile didn't move the entire day. apparently you can tell the difference between crocs and alligators because crocs's bottom teeth sit over the top lip when the mouth is closed. alligator's teeth don't.

the glass was really dirty so it's not the best pic. but penguins are so cute!
the seal and shark tanks had this underwater tunnel that you could walk through. all of the pics taken are either too blurry or there's a huge flash blocking any detail. sorry.

nothing else has really happened that has been too exciting. when i'm not doing school work, i'm eating or sleeping. and walking 40 minutes to school and then back again is really making my butt firm. especially with all the hills in this city!
