36 week appointment
Had my 36 week appointment today. I go weekly now and I had my strep test done, which I'm sure is fine. and Also had a cervical check! I'm 50% effaced! Which means my cervix is halfway thinned out, and from there it will dilate and stuff. That's pretty cool. Stephanie is also 50% and she's 38 weeks, so maybe Jordan will make an early appearance? That would rock!
I don't want to get my hopes up, because nothing really means anything in the long run.
I just want her here! Out of my body! lol.
I'm getting all the sleep I can while I can.
sooo my darling parents got me 2 new micro fiber couches for Christmas. I was more than thrilled, I was near tears when they took me and told me to pick out whichever ones I wanted. I am just so lucky.
Well now they're going to help me out even more. I have virgin mobile and I recently went from pre-paid to a plan. I'm paying $49.99 for 400 anytime minutes and unlimited nights starting at 7 and weekends. For 5 bucks I get 1,000 text a month also. So about 60 bucks. And I can't even talk on my phone in the house w/o it dropping my calls, PIECE OF SHIT. It aggravates me that I'll be talking to somebody and it'll just "beep beep beep" and say "call was lost". I can't stand it! but Ya know, beggars can't be choosers.
anyway my parents are gonna get me a t mobile plan, that gets me a free Razor v3!!! And I'll get 600 anytime minutes for 39.99 and nights and weekends. How friggin awesome is that! they're gonna pay first month and the activation fee and all that, but they are so fucking awesome! I can't believe how lucky I am. So I'm not going to renew my plan after this month and they'll do what they need to to get me the phone and plan. I'm soooo grateful. I've never had a really good fancy phone. I's excited!
I'm now on maternity leave for realz. I picked up a shift on Monday and Wednesday but now I don't have anymore to pick up. Nobody wants to give them away lol.
Travis is steadily working his two jobs and it makes me sad that he has to do that. We do have more money now than we did before, which is cool. I've managed to get some Christmas presents and Jordan's got what she needs. Things are working out. I just have to stay positive about everything and not get so caught up in the negative.
Travis's school job lets out the 12th, since the school closes for Christmas break. He's got paid vacation hours and sick leave though. So He's still getting two paychecks on Fridays. I worried so much about this, but it seems that things will be ok.
It's just I've had a job for a really long time. And now I'm just supposed to sit around the house. I clean and do laundry and sleep. Get online, play video games. I cleaned the tub and floors and I get down and dirty in this mug I just get so bored! I really need a hobby. I'd like to start cross-stitching again. Maybe I should ask for one of those thing's for Christmas. It'd be something to do that's fun and creative. A hobby!
