inbelievable and unvincible!
This weekend I mostly got to indulge my affection for quality menswear by serving as a fashion consultant while two gentlemen of my acquaintance tried on suits. It was kind of awesome, I'm not going to lie, if only as a break from routine. Er, at least until I accidentally become a menswear guru or something, which I'm not going to, like, rule out. *g*
Also awesome? The Good Wife and Community!
Oh god I love EVERYTHING about Community right now. I love the plumbers vs. the people who fix air conditioning, I love Troy's acceptance of his rando super powers and his love for Abed that means he chooses to spend them sat around watching movies, and Troy going "heeey, girl", while Abed's instinctive reaction is "pew! pew!" Ahahaha. I love that it's so consistently really fun at the moment. And it even had the right amount of Chang, and Abed going "Tron?" to the Dean's party outfit and the Dean being all "what?" AWESOME.
The Good Wife is getting EPIC. Despite my still sometimes feeling like Cary is creepy, he was totally hilarious this episode, and then ELI. ELI AND EPICNESS AND WHERE ARE THEY GOING WITH ALL THIS I DON'T KNOW BUT I WANT TO FIND OUT EVEN AS THEY MAKE ELI TALK ABOUT HIS SPERM. (Vs. a Bin Laden's, no less. I just. SHOW.) I am loving Eli as a major character so much. And I love that Alicia is trying on the tutor thing but isn't actually perfect, and I want to know where they're going with that, too. And I think it's entirely deliberate that they didn't bring back the 'Alicia was actually the Caitlin' plot while having current Caitlin walking around. It has to come back. And oh god I want to watch so much more of this show!
Finally, a The Hobbit set video! Which I kind of love even though it's about 3D, which I generally hate!
