LETS JUST TAKE A MOMENT TO CELEBRATE THAT CLAIRE DAIGLE IS TEACHING GLOBAL ART HISTORY IN THE FALL, OKAY?
SRSLY, GUYS!
Um, I tried to take that class twice already and got stuck with a terrible teacher both time so I just dropped it and skipped ahead to Claire's class, and now she's tied for second favorite teacher ever at school because she makes us mix cds and giggles when she talks about giant phallic symbols and knows my name even though there's an assload of people in my class and I never really say anything of use except to comment on how much I love smoke breaks and sunny weather and women who reject societal standards of conventional beauty to pursue fantastic art careers.
I've been working like a maniac. Fat checks two weeks in a row. I am making mixes for class, actually for the rest of the semester. I'm going to scope out bikes this afternoon and then lay in the park and enjoy this fantastic sun for a hot minute. Now I gotta shower and finish this CD for Claire because she's, like, totally my new hero.
