Kelly called me AGAIN!!!!! What is it? Do they miss me? Why can't they just leave me alone?!!? They are really going to want to call me when Jim (the landlord) tells them that part of the deal to have her re-sign the lease is that she has to buy me out. Meaning she has to pay me the half of the security payment that I paid already. She will get the full thing back at the end of her lease, but for now, she has to give him that half, and he is going to give it to me. Thats very exciting news to me, esp. since its a large amount and her scummy b/f owes me a bit of money. It almost makes up for it. But anyway, thats all for now. Hopefully as soon as I get the money back it will all be over with. Unless they keep on calling me.
