for love? or money?

Someone asked me this question a long time ago:

If I were to marry a man, would I marry him for money? Or for love?

I gave him a definite answer. And if he were to ask me that same question again, the answer would be the same.

What would your answer be?

I'd marry a man for money! Ain't no shame in lookin' good and wanting nice things!

I died a little inside typing that, but I think it was worth it.

I wouldn't marry a man for money because I wouldn't want to be dependent on him for money. I'd rather be independently wealthy...hehe
