on ash and meds
Been fighting with Ash lately, trying to get him to take his meds. The first time was easy. Just stuffed his pill inside a cat treat and he gobbled it up right away. The following day, though, he wouldn't eat the treat, even without the pill. So I stuffed the pill in a small sausage and he gobbled it up. This morning, he wouldn't take anything from me. No treat. No sausage. Not even a piece of chicken. Ugh. Yesterday morning, spent twenty minutes trying to give him his liquid med and he kept knocking it off my hands with his paw. Urgh!!! Any tips and advice would be appreciated.
