Came across this and thought you all might enjoy it.  Haven't been on LJ in a while so hope I'm not duplicating a post.

This is how to make book shoes.  Tumblr user dellabut used her favorite bits of Queen of Attolia to make them.  I'd have a hard time tearing up one of my favorite books!

I was mildly horrified until I realized the particular copy had already fallen apart from being read so much. Phew. Now I can appreciate how pretty they are!
