Wow!
Their show last night was AMAZING! That pretty much sums it up.
Before they came out, Russ from 102.9 grabbed the mic and announced, "This will be the last time you ever get to see this band in such an intimate setting" and he is no doubt right. They are already too big for a place like The Mercy Lounge. But I'm glad they DID play there because it was great to be up close.
Tickets for Modest Mouse go on sale this Friday. That'll be a good show too, but it'll be hard to top what I saw last night.
