[He's always been good at controlling his outward appearance, so the Master doesn't look as upset as he really is. Still, there's quiet anger turmoiling just beneath the surface. A fury that barely contained. Only his eyes betray this, if you look hard enouigh

Lord Saxon! Thank God you've come back sooner rather than later! Are -
[She pauses. Of course he isn't all right.]
Are you in need of anything? I could try to mend and clean your shirt, if you would like. Or make you something to eat.
[And she's just grinning.]
I am happy to see you again!

...Juliet. ...Thank you, I suppose. This shirt is beyond mending, sadly.

I suppose that it is. Dinner, then? Or at least a snack? We have eggs now - Tybalt and I caught a chicken some weeks back. It was most difficult, but we managed to snare a hen in the end.

A snack might be nice, yes.

Tybalt is out at the moment, and Bubbles - I know not if you saw last week, but she has gone.
[Her smile falters at that.]

[He turns off the PCD, pausing before deciding that a bath is in order first. Once all the dirt and grime is off of him and a change of clothes is gotten, the Master strolls out of the house, to the coordinates given to him, and knocks on the door.]

Lord Saxon. I am so glad to see you safe and sound again. Please, come in.
[She curtsies formally, then steps aside for him to enter. Once he is indoors, she reaches out to take his hands in a less formal greeting.]

[She shakes her head.]
But it seemed as though there was a conspiracy against you last week. Even people whom I do not think you know tried to tell me you were not a good man. It makes little sense to me.
[She gestures to the one comfortable looking chair in the great room - Tybalt's chair.]
But come, sit, and I shall bring you something to eat. I do not have much, but I will gladly share what I do have.

[He chuckles, moving to sit down in the chair.]

Have I not told you before that I shall hear no one speak ill of my friend? Not even the man himself? You have been a very good man here, regardless of what has happened in the past. You have been a dear friend to me.
[She disappears into the kitchen for a moment, returning with the tray she'd arranged while waiting for him, and sets it on his lap.]
It was not only the Doctor and his friends, Lord Saxon. Mr. Spencer said the same, and he knows you not, save through watching the little machine - he told me so himself. He even tried to imply that you -
[She shakes her head again.]
Why people whom I know not well at all wish to tear me from your company, I do not understand.
