i came home tonight after shopping with selena for the stuff to make the jewelry for her wedding, and mike is missing. the front door was open, lights on, and there is no mike to be found. all in all very strange. hmmm.
casey is leaping at the screen door trying to catch a bug. i'm hoping it's on the outside of the door and not inside. *shudder*
my mom gave us a new couch yesterday. well, not new exactly, just "gently used". lol. it was my grandfathers before he passed away, so it's been sitting in the garage for about two years. cleaned it up, and all in all it's a great piece. i wouldn't mind getting a slip cover for it, but for the time being it's nice not to sit on the couch with your feet pulled up next to you and have them tear the upholstery. lol. the only thing is, sam pissed on the other couch, so when we pulled the new one in, he started sniffing it right away and we had to put him in the garage for a few days until rick can come and pick him up. i feel bad, but i won't have him ruining any more of the furniture.
crushed my hand in between the couch and the porch railing. the side of it is all puffy and bruised. hurts like hell. oww.
mike, richard and i watched serial mom last night. i was thinking about that movie a few weeks ago and then i went over to becca's house, and i think she mentioned that she bought it. saw it in the 2/$11 bin at walmart and picked it up. the only thing is, i totally remember it being waaaaaay funnier the first time i saw it. oh well, it's not like it was expensive.
