So, two really annoying things happened yesterday:
- a photographer traveling to SD to shoot stuff for fun emailed me to say he can't work with me cause I don't meet his height requirement. WTF! I would understand if it was high-fashion or something, but for anything else (especially when I was going to provide my own wardrobe) it's just a stupid excuse. I don't know why he would bother emailing me to feed me that bullshit.
- another 'photographer' tried to hit on me! He insisted on talking on AIM, then tried to convince me to dye my hair black and told me that 'lots of people probably think' that I have good boobs. Total moron, I sent him an email detailing ideas for a shoot and the first thing he asked me was what my ideas were. UH, read the email! Oh, and then he said the shoot would be 'close up and really sexy if you know what i mean' but then pretended he hadn't meant close up genital shots. Right. He was 23 but from his AIM chat I would have thought he was 16. I can't believe how lame he was! What kind of 'photographer' doesn't tell the model, when she asks, what the shoot is about? The longer I talked to him, the more I found out about his ideas. I won't work with him unless he pays me a lot, which he won't, because my rate is "crazy"
I just want to set up some shoots with reliable, talented, professional people! Is that so much to ask?
