So I've been obsessively watching this anime about tennis while I was supposed to be doing my homework :| Gay pubescent tennis players :| I blame fucking bookshop.

Here is a ficlet. Characters do not belong to me, but to Konami. TezuRyo pre-slash and pubescent confusion.

I would, but apparently the only thing I feel like writing about right now is tennis players in Junior high... the main character is like twelve, but it's the slashiest show I've ever seen. All these 12, 13 and 14 year old boys standing around watching one another play and gasping at each other's prowess.

I actually started a QaF fic a little while ago that I can't bring myself to finish, but whenever I write it it makes me think of you, because they go to Italy.

God, I know. I know. I was always so glad that they made him 17 instead of 15. I keep rationalising that it's okay that Ryoma is twelve because all the other guys are only 14. Plus they're anime... the fourteen year old players look really old, though :|

I'm trying to finish, I'm trying. I open it occasionally and stare at it blankly. I'm like that with most stuff. I just need to work up the motivation to write it.

I will come to you if necessary :) I spent like an hour looking up headlines in Italian a few months ago just to find one that fit the rhythm of the paragraph completely. I get compulsive about weird things. So I'll probably have weird questions, because even though I've been to Italy it was like three or four years ago and some things it is hard to remember.
