Hacking Permissions
Soundwave is capable of two very invasive techniques:
1 - He is a communications expert, and capable of hacking pretty much anything. He is good with codes, as it is his job.
2 - His sensors are strong enough that he can read the electronic waves that make up thoughts in both humans and robots. Essentially, he is the equivalent of a robotic telepath.
This post is just to get an idea of who is alright with either of these two things. Of course, should a situation arise, I will probably just ask you specifically - but it's nice to have a general gist of what people think.
So, if you don't mind replying with your character, and your feelings on both things. :3
