LIFE IMPROVEMENT: Second Week
Last week wasn't perfect- breakfast didn't end up happening lots, but I've started eating healthy again for weight loss *and* I now am on good terms with my teeth AND face- I take care of my face much better (makeup remover and stuff, not just a splash of water). So it worked :)
This week
DECLUTTERING will happen. My room/apartment areas will, by next Monday, not make me cringe and back away. The piles of crap will be gone! One day at a time, something every day, and I can do it.
BREAKFAST & MAKING LUNCH for school will continue. I have to brag, I brought a samwich today with deliham, honey/oat bread, deli mustard, and nice greens, and it was fifty times more delicious than the school lunch (which had a marinara sauce that had skin on it, talk about grease!).
TEETH & FACE will also be ongoing projects of mine.
