Awesome, awesome! I'm so glad you had a good time. It's been so long since I've been to an "omg-squee-that-was-the-best-ever" concert so your post got me all excited...lol. They are coming here in October (how appropriate!), playing in a relatively small place (really great venue) and I'm going to try to go, but I don't know if it's going to work out (various things going on that week).

Oh, you SERIOUSLY need to fix everything and go!!! Justin is a showman, Ryan is, too...and CB is hot. :) And they sound fantastic!! I really don't think you'll regret going.

It was great to meet you, too, Rosie! Yeah we will definitely have to go to more concerts, it's all I ever do. :P
But Blue October is the absolute best! I got the reissued cd/live cd in the mail today, along with a shirt I ordered and my 'sorry boy burns bright' chain necklace. The live album is incredible, as I knew it would be. Hopefully there will be many Blue October shows in the future! And I'll go to every single one of them :)

Somehow I missed that the new cd was out, so I just ordered mine...thanks for telling me! I've been so busy that I guess I just missed it. I got the EP off iTunes, but it only has 3 live songs so I want the whole thing. But...necklace??? Where'd you get the necklace? From their site?? I gotta go look now, but if it's not there, please let me know where you got it.

they had this deal on the official merch site to pre-order the cd and you also get a dogtag necklace with 'sorry boy burns bright tour' on it, and you're supposed to get a ringtone for the remix of 'x-amount of words' but for some reason it won't work for me :(
I don't know if they're still offering all of that, though

And you NEED to know them because I know you have excellent taste in music and they are excellent. Very personal, passionate lyrics, Justin's got a great voice, and there's a violin!! :)
