My beautiful weekend
Saturday Rick got to the house about 3pm. We got a huge pork roast out to thaw, and then took Luke to the creek. His first time, and he was thrilled! He got me soaking wet, but that was ok because it was so much fun to watch him playing in the water. We took the iPod and iFusion so we had Blue October music, and we took our drinks. We held hands on our way back to the house, after Rick had helped me across the creek...sweet.
We hung out on the back deck afterwards while Rick cooked the roast, and I finally remembered to get the camera out. I only took pics of Luke, but I wanted a record of how much better he looks than when he first showed up...he's gained weight and his coat is shiny and he's happy and healthy. Here's my best little boy:
