Cole and Hailey were fighting earlier. I yelled. It didn't phase them. The one bright spot in all this is that this time they were fighting over a full box of crackers instead of an empty one. Sometimes I envision their inner selves as two junkyard dogs battling over roadkill scraps on top of a pile of rusty kitchen appliances.
It's a surprisingly accurate picture.
In news that doesn't involve me clawing the walls... no, wait. I don't have any news like that.
I've been doing some serious mental gymnastics over my epic werewolf masterpiece #1. The more I think about ti and look it over, the more little tweaks I can see I need to make. On one hand, I don't want to over think it and end up with a story that no one but me understands. On the other hand, I want to do the best I can for these characters and tell the story they deserve.
And in bookish news:
Book #259 - Crescendo (Hush, Hush #2) by Becca Fitzpatrick - This book was weird because I hated the way the main female character acted but I ended up really liking the book anyway.
Book #260 - Raziel (The Fallen #1) by Kristina Douglas - Another one where I didn't love the entire book and then all of a sudden I did. It's bizarre, man. Bizarre.
Book Blogger Hop, Follow Friday & Tagalong Friday - Things that make me keep reading and an epic ode to Resident Evil. Not really. I just make a teeny, tiny mention about how I might sorta, kinda like zombies and I think Alice is cool. Also, pictures of half naked men. Because I like those.
I am done!
Later.
