Ise-san -

I am well aware of who you are as I have heard of you through your superior on several occasions. I regret to inform you that at this time such a request will be denied due to the company's attempt to cut back on the peripheral spending. I do, however, sympathize with your plight. The best suggestion I can offer on the matter would be to dock a percentage of Madarame-san's pay to cover the cost of a new door until such a time that the door is paid for, being as he is the one who damaged it in the first place. If this method is not to your liking, the only other option I would have is for you is to apply for the funds when we start budgeting for the next quarter, wherein I must warn you, it will not necessarily be a definitive approval for the allocation of monies to replace the damaged door.

I am carbon-copying this letter to both Madarame-san and Yamamoto-sama to gain their insight on the matter as well as attaching your previous email for reference.

P.S. - I must applaud your efforts in working with Kyouraku-san. It is rare to find an employee as hard working and work-oriented as you seem to be with all of the lackadaisical ones loafing about. Kudos to you.
