stressful day?
yep.

so get this... a customer walks in around 5 till noon(we close at noon), i'm up front running the counter cause mark was out on a test drive. and the customer is raging mad about an alignment he got 14 months ago, and demands we perform a "warranty alignment" at that very instant. alignments have no warranty on them, if you dont like it when you get it, we re-do it, if you dont complain then...go fuck yourself. he continues on and spills the most rotten breath onto my face i have ever witnessed. i take the verbal abuse for about 3 minutes, until mark walks in and hears a little piece of his PMS rant and rave session. finally i turn around to look at mark as to say, "what do i do? can i blow up on him?" he gives me a gesture approving me blowing up in his face. so i do. i blew a fucking gasket right there. i highly doubt we will ever see him again, but think about it...we have a customer base over 30,000 strong and i am not worried about 1 cranky senior citizen.

to summarize, a auto tech doing customer interfacing...not a good idea.
