I figured it was time for a semi-proper update. Well, this horrid semester's finally over, and I made a lot of improvement, so I actually feel more secure now. Except second semester's starting in two days. That should be incredibly fun. Oh by the way, anyone have the same schedule as me? Lunch, Issues in Human Growth, Bio, English, Racquets. First lunch should be nice since I get to sleep in, but I'm not too big on missing announcements.
I saw Underworld 2 on the day of my last exam with Vin and XC, and had dinner at Montana's. The movie was rated 18A but we didn't get any trouble - yay for ticket machines! On exam review day, we sat in the stairwell and chatted for like, an hour, about towels among other things, and then hightailed it over to the mall where we tried on every dress under the sun. Also, the other day was Lynnster's shindig. It was so much fun, we watched Narnia and squeeeeed over Peter and yes, Tumnus. We also danced like maniacs to 90's music. Barb and I did a special dance lying down to the entire Aqua CD. Thanks for the 'red pockets', Lynnster!
Today, some of the fantasticals came over, and we ate lots of random junk and watched Brokeback Mountain, 40-year-old virgin, and some of Love Actually. Heath Ledger is incomprehensible with his accent. But it was so heartbreaking, and Jake Gyllenhaal is officially my new hero. We also consumed massive amounts of hot chocolate,and we were more random than 40-year-old virgin. And at Sheena's nagging, I will say, Karl from Love Actually is teh sexx. Me and B almost died - "WHY WOULD YOU SAY YOU'RE NOT BUSY??!" Anyway. All in all, it's been a great few days after exams. Thanks to everyone for helping me get through this terrible semester...I'm gonna miss lunch when we choked to death from laughing on a daily basis. See you all (hopefully) on Monday!
Oh...and whoever's having that party down the street needs to, for everyone's sake, never be allowed near a sound system ever again. STOP WITH THE TECHNO.
