Searching For A Running Shoe
Does anyone here on this shoe? If so where do you run in it, and what do you think of its all around performance?
For those who don't know this is the Nike Free 5.0. It comes in a few more other styles and the theory behind the shoe is that if the foot is strong than the body is stronger. It's designed to mimic your barefoot movements while still protecting the foot, but offering the lightest shoe for the wearer.
