Click to viewAll the way through this series I wondered if they were even going to attempt Moriaty, because from behind the scenes he was providing just the right sort of tension, plus the fans could spin their own interpretation.
Then we came to this scene and god was it worth the wait and the expectation I'd put to it!! Not only did Benedict hit the right sort of notes with Sherlock's reaction but Andrew Scott's lilting, paced, Moriaty with this absolute air of menace totaly steals the scene.
I never, ever, thought the simple phrase'daddy's had enough now' would prove frightening and yet...
I'm so bumbed that series 2 is out in Setember because I-player totaly doesn't work in Japan, which means I'm going to have to watch it when I get back in November...still that's a portion of the jet lag compating TV marathon sorted!!
