Looking at the bable translation of the fanclub form I can't see any direct oposition to international fans joining.
Thus I'm going to make a go at getting myself registered.
Currently I have a sticking point in the form of what to put in the box labled 'ふりがな'.
Bable says that it translates as 'inclination', but that realy doesn't make any sense to me at all.
