My Mother the Poly Pantheist??
I was talking to my mother on the phone tonight, and I had to cut it short because I wanted to get in my last major offerings of the week before Midnight. To my surprise, she asked me whether or not she could participate in the ritual, and I told her that for a Christian it’s sacrilege because this is the ritual of ancestor worshippers.

And she asked me how she could do it, so I told her - the even more surprising part is that she made the statement (one that sounded sincere, actually) that she wanted to start giving equal worship attention to all religions, and not just her own. I really hope she’s serious, because I have to tell you, there’s no quicker way to inner peace than to be in harmony with all deities to the extent that you possibly can be.
