Finally glad to say that some very simple changes have resulted in some great weight loss over the past few months, here's some photographic evidence:

A pretty scary health scare in October last year (most likely stress related, at the ripe old age of 27) led to some changes in my life so that I was simply healthier....and that way I could keep up the workload lolol.
Sleep when I'm dead etc etc.
