September = Autumn
well September is here and the midnight clock is ever ticking closer - 7ish weeks now.
I am now starting to realise just exactly what i'm getting myself into, its long past the point of no return but its now starting to dawn on me that i'm about to settle down.
I am now down to 1 job having left GW at the end of August (Not before securing a copy of Space Hulk, and a few toys to tide me over) and am handing in the bye-bye letter to Nottinghamshire this week.
August bank holiday saw my trip to London extended a day thanks to the bank holiday and I took the opportunity to do something crazy-ish.
I got my ears pierced - stretched to be precise, i got a 4mm little window in each ear lobe so you can the daylight through my ear :)
Quite surprised with myself, having never been into hospital for operations or broken limbs I didn't flinch when the 3.5mm needle went through didn't bleed when the piercer pushed the 4mm tunnel into the hole and have all but forgotten about them apart from when i need to clean them each morning and evening.
Got to arrange a veritable multitude of leaving do's and a flying lesson in the next 7 weeks and pack.
