That's right, all. I've returned from Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, and I must say I have not had such mixed emotions like this in quite some time. I'm so happy to be home with my family for the holidays, yet the Depot was my home for three months, and so I miss it. But right now, my main thoughts are on my family, and those whom I love.
So, we got some good news. Kristen and I are going back out again, which made the return home all that much more enjoyable. We were together for a few hours yesterday; she still thought I was graduating today, so I made a surprise visit. I'm an ass, I know.
So, anyone want to know about some of my experiences at Boot? Just drop a reply and ask some questions, and I'll answer them definitely.
